This looks like it may be occurring in the game-and if it only occurring with Call of Duty, I am led to believe that it may be an in-game issue. Can you confirm if this is an error being given to you by the game itself or is this an error being given to you by the console.

It seems the old Warzone Caldera has been delisted and is no longer available unless you've played it before. You can check this Activision Support link regarding the content and how to access it.
