I can not play forza horizon 3

Hello Goodnight. I have a physical copy of the game for the console XBOX ONE S. And from the last update I have a problem with the game. The game starts normal, but when I get to play it comes the presentation of the Blizz expansion moutain,
which leads me to a menu, which gives me to choose silo I want to buy or go back by pressing the "b" button. And press the "b" button and ignore, you can only select compra.Que takes you to another menu with two options where this expansion. But again I press
the "b" button to go back and not let me go out to play with my game normally. I have untied the game twice and it stays the same. Also probe the suggestions of his web page and not funcina. Please, help me. Thank you.

My Xbox one does not really allow me to play forza horizon 3 and forza Motorsport 6, even when I insert the discs when told to, but It just keeps saying do you own this game or app and it doesn't let me play the game no matter what I do, i can play forza
Motorsport 5 and forza horizon 2, forza Motorsport 6 and forza horizon 3 have both been played on my console before. Someone please help with my problem

4. Select Network.

5. Select Network settings.

6. Select Advanced settings.

7. Select Alternate MAC address.

8. Select Clear.

Method 3: Remove and re-add your Microsoft account on Xbox One

Check for any updates available on the Xbox One. Here are the steps:

1. Scroll left from Home to open the Guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select All Settings.

4. Under System, select Console info & updates.

5. Available updates will show in the second button down in the first column. If an update is available, the button will read
Update Available.

After completing the update, access the game this time and check if the same instance occurs.
