I can not play fifa 19

I, on Sept. 6 reserve the fifa 19, and yesterday at the time the game came out, I could play, but yesterday at 4 pm (GMT-3), I take off the game, and I got an error that said '' In order to play, you have to buy it, it is possible that your purchase was refunded or that your order has been canceled '', and in my list of Microsoft orders the reservation is rejected, but they took away 50 dollars, and it does not let me play, my question is if they give me back the money, or if xbox gave me a code of fifa 19?

first gen XB1 freezing while playing FIFA 18/19 online

first gen XB1 stuttering when playing fifa 18/19 online.

it is not an internet issue since i can play fifa 18/19 online fine on my PC. this happened after the latest XB1 update july18.

currentl downloading Battlefield 4 trial just to see if i have the same problems on there. i only use my XB1 for fifa.
