    Hey Irlan,

    Do you mean to pay for the subscription in installments, as in small payments until you pay off the total amount?

    If that's what you are referring to, then no that is not possible. You need to pay the amount of the subscription upon joining or if the subscription is set to renew. The total amount would need to be paid, if not the subscription will eventually get suspended.

    Hi there!

    If you do not pay the amount or cancel the subscription before the charge the account would still owe the amount listed and be suspended for having a past due balance.

    You will then need to pay off that past due balance in order to in-suspended the account.

    If you want to cancel the subscription you can
    sign into your account     and do that any time to avoid this!

    You can not cancel an Xbox subscription if it's past due or suspended. You must pay the past-due balance first.

    You’ll have to pay the balance by signing in to Services & Subscriptions before you can turn off recurring billing.
