    Hi, it depends what ring you are in. Currently there is no insider build for Beta, Delta and Omega rings, this means you will be on the current public build.

    I can not leave the Xbox Insider

    So I was in the beta, but I would like to take my console from the insider and not receive more updates and the insider hub app is not getting my console off, it just stays on hold.

    How do you get in MCC Insider

    In addition to what Echo4Ent has said.

    As far as I know the MCC Insider is now open for all how signed up and are a member of the Xbox Insider Program on Xbox One.

    You will need to download the Xbox Insider app on the Xbox One and check if you can sign up for it via the app too.

    Can you please open the Xbox Insider Hub on your console and on the left select the option of Insider Content and in the next list under the System Section select Xbox One Update preview > Manage on the next list that opens if any other Insider tiers are
    available you will be able to move your console to another tier.
