    I can not make a service request.


    Good morning,
    I can not make a service request in my controller. Only the message: Sorry. The accessory or device you are requesting is not available. For help, contact Microsoft support.
    Along with the console, I purchased two controllers and the left analogue does not react in one. I would like to report it for repair, but I can not. The warranty is valid until 01/14/2020. Please, let me know how I can make a service request.

    Hey

    When your setting up the repairmake sure your registering the console not the controller. Once you registered the console click on it then choose start a sevice order.Then in the catagory choose accessories and then the controller you have. It will then
    ask you too enter the PID of the controller you can find on the back under the battires.

    If you're in the states, the standard controllers only have a 90 day warranty. You'll have to pay for shipping to ship your controller back to the repair center and they will send out a new one. If its a custom controller, the stock on hand is limited
    and if you send in a special edition controller and they are out, you'll get a standard controller back.
