I can not login my xbox one s

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > network > network settings >advanced settings > Alternate Mac address : Clear > restart.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2 to 3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox

If the issue persists, please follow these steps in order to reset your console:

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.
2.Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please try the following solutions mentioned on the link bellow in order to perform an offline update:

Its the same email adress. 100%

And I didnt change anything.

Another weird thing. I managed to login to my One S with my One X Gamertag, even though it has the very same mail adress.

But it doesnt work the other way= Login to my One X with the One S Gamertag.

At my MS-Account on my PC both consoles are listed. There I can click on "go to xbox profile" but there only my One X GT listed., not my One S GT.

Same with my Xbox one S it's just the login screen wish they fix it i hate having to use my phone

It`s not the net problem ,with the same wlan my friends can login the xbox normaly.
