I can not log in to the Xbox application

While I can log in to my microsoft account I want through the microsoft store, I cannot log in to any account in any of the xbox applications.

If you have two-step verification you must use application password for Log-In. Before you must create application password in your MS Account and after you can Log-In.

When logged into EA application, it shows no EA play.

I did not complete the pop up dialog on xbox application during this EA-XBOX linking process, and am stuck in limbo.
