I can not leave the Xbox Insider

Hello, good afternoon recently asked to be disconnected from Xbox insider, however when in the insider hub app and manage devices, I requested the withdrawal of my console (xbox one x) however it does not exit the insider program is only scheduled to the
console is in withdrawal of the previous process.

In the site of microsoft informs that it takes in average of 10 minutes, but here it has been days and it does not leave.

If anyone could help me, I would be grateful.

I want to leave the xbox insider

Go into the Insider Hub app and side scroll to the settings section, then Manage Devices, and de-authorize the console from the program. Keep in mind, this will remove you from the program and also remove all Insider updates. As such, your console can
auto default back to its original settings which is the same thing as doing a complete factory reset. You will need to re-install your account and all digital content onto the console once you boot it back up. When I left, it took a few days before the console
reverted itself back to factory defaults. Good luck!

My console doesn't appear there but states it's in the program. I didn't use my account to add it. Is that why?

I want to leave the xbox insider

I bought my console used and I think it is connected to Xbox insider and i want to remove it because of the frequency of the updates.

Hi, it depends what ring you are in. Currently there is no insider build for Beta, Delta and Omega rings, this means you will be on the current public build.

So I was in the beta, but I would like to take my console from the insider and not receive more updates and the insider hub app is not getting my console off, it just stays on hold.

Hi, it depends what ring you are in. Currently there is no insider build for Beta, Delta and Omega rings, this means you will be on the current public build.

Ready! I just took a look at the hub insider and is no longer my console as an insider, this is all OK now, thank you! big hug!

Hello Cringe,

Thanks for coming to the forums. You will need the Xbox insider app, then when you go in the app you can change your ring or opt out of the insider program. You an also report bugs there. If having issues can always check out the

reddit forum for insiders as this is where most all things get posted errors and fixes. There may be a fix already posted for this on there.
