i can not join/host xbox live parties with my friend

Discus and support i can not join/host xbox live parties with my friend in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; since yesterday i can not join/host xbox live parties with my friend because every time i go to do so it joins for about 5 or so seconds with no audio...     i can not join/host xbox live parties with my friend


    since yesterday i can not join/host xbox live parties with my friend because every time i go to do so it joins for about 5 or so seconds with no audio and then kicks either my friend or me out of the party and me and my friend have both reset
    our consoles

    (power on/off) and i have reset router several times and i need to know if this is on xbox or if it is problem with my wifi

    If you host a Xbox Live party are your friends able to join you at all? Also, can you play games with your friends at all or have you tried hosting any games and have your friends join? Usually if your NAT is open then normally it's someone else who is having
    problems.

    have everyone reboot console

    do not launch any games/apps

    1 person starts party turns on party - do not send invite

    join party host by going to friends list, choose friend hosting party, join party

    turn on party chat

    NAT TROUBLESHOOTING DID NOT HELP ME!

    MS should upgrade all XBOX LIVE members to premium Skype membership to use group chat there.

    SKYPE works fine.

    Cannot connect to specific friend

    I will see if I can get his connection stats later today.

    We were able to be in the same Borderlands 2 game though, I couldn't host and friend A (the one I can't connect to) couldn't host the game either, but we were both able to join friend B's game. However, we (A and I) were not able to connect to each other's
    Live Parties, either joining or hosting.
