I can not install sea of thieves!!!

Also the problem with the game not installing is only for sea of thieves but for other games they get installed but when I launch them it pops up with the error code 0x803f8001 while for sea of thieves it pops up when I try to install the game.

i cant uninstall any games as there are no games installed. and my windows is fully updated.

edit: yesterday evening i succesfully installed sea of thieves but deleted it because othergames wouldnt install and now sea of thieves wont install either there are still some games in the recently installed tab in the start menu

I have a problem on sea of thieves too, I have already play on my Xbox one but now I can't start the game.

The message error looks like no connection (0x80270254) but all other game have no problem.

I have try uninstall but now I can't install....

It's most likely an Xbox service issue. Services have been up and down for the past 1-2 weeks as the number of people staying home and overwhelming the services increases each day. They are struggling to keep up and trying to fix the problems, but keep
trying. If it still does not work, I would contact Sea of Thieves/RARE support and let them know what happened. They are very good about trying to work with people and they may be able to come with some kind of solution as well. But most likely, this is an
issue on Xbox's end and hopefully it will all be working again soon.
