As I previously mentioned, the settings you currently have should give you full access to the game's features. Do you have a minor's account, or is your account managed by a family group? that could be the reason why it's still not working.

Also, have you already tried removing your account from the console and adding it again?

If you already made sure the following settings are set to "Allow" or "Everyone", then please try power cycling your console.

• You can play with people outside of Xbox Live

• You can create and join clubs

• You can join multiplayer games

• You can add friends

• See other people's Xbox Live profiles

• You can see and upload community creations

• You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text

Power cycle:

- Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds, until it shuts down.

- Unplug the power cord from your console for 3 minutes.

- Plug everything back together and turn your console on.

- Try launching the game again.
