I having problems to play sudoku and jigsaw, when i open the game it will not logged in to x box games and then the window dissapered.

I can not play Jigsaw. For over a month every time I attempt to play I get kicked out.

I'm having similar problems Jigsaw gets to the point of signing in then sticks - forever

Mahjong logs in fine

I can log into Xbox.com - no problem

All Windows update completed

MS Jigsaw reinstalled

Chat with Xbox support - doesn't want to know as I play this on Windows 8.1

Anybody got any ideas as from the look of this forum Microsoft don't seem to actually do much

cant play jigsaw anymore. freezes and x's itself out. anybody know of another good jigsaw app game I can get. since, Microsoft doesn't seem to be interested in fixing these issues.
