Communication Violation for a family member

I am trying to lodge a review of my sons communication violation that occurred recently but I know for a fact that day he was not on Live at all and there is no other place to lodge this complaint as there is no icon to lodge a complaint.

The criteria is not high at all either. I have a communications ban and I just applied and was accepted. Now I can also ban random people for fun...this is ridiculous. Who do we talk to to lodge an internal company complaint?

Be sure to search the box thoroughly though. Sometimes these codes can get lodged under a flap.

Ok, so, I have seen that this particular bug has been fixed not long ago on the Pc version of the game, at least officially.

No information about it on xbox version unfortunately, so there is nothing to do right now, only wait it out and hope it will be fixed soon.
