I can not get into my old Xbox live account.

My Xbox live account RealFreshGamer got signed out a year or two ago and I can not remember the password. I remembered the email *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** but I can not get into it. It's my mothers Aol account and it has been disconnected. It is still using my father's
visa card. I would like to be able to use the account again if it is still taking money out of my father's account. I have tried to get it back but I couldn't. I would like someone from Microsoft to help me out with this issue.

Can't get into old account

I can't get into my old xbox live account, I've done the verify your ownership thing about 7 times all failed and was told to just make a new account on the website. But I can't get into my xbox one profile without the old account info.

How can you change accounts so you can get into the xbox live profile and play game and stuff?

 

Xbox live issues

I have recently logged into my old Xbox 360 account on my Xbox one and wanted to play cod but saying i need Xbox live. I have set my Xbox as a home Xbox and paying monthly fees on my other account but still am not able to get xbox live on my old account.

I'm also experiencing this issue, I just spoke with a customer support rep and they said that my account xSniperAtHandx was PERMA banned over 2 years ago? I've had a ps4 since 2013 and gave my xbox 360 to my brother but he had his own account that he used
on it and I had even checked up on xbox.com before it had been banned to see if it was active as he had sold it but he assured me that he deleted our accounts off of the xbox so I just didn't think about it and went on with my life..well for christmas I got
an xbox one and I've been using this account since then and have been enjoying it so much that I bought a bunch of older games and newer to download onto it and starting thinking about my old account and how I wouldn't mind having all my achievements back
and pre order bonuses/microtransactions/etc etc etc and sure enough I come to find the thing has been basically deleted after looking for it by name on this site and others..so I was just wondering if you wouldn't mind going through my case after realbeastgamer
here and help me figure out how and why it was banned..I can provide every itty bitty tid bit of information you'd ever need to verify it is in fact mine whether it be original IP address back at my home where my brother and I used it for the better part of
a decade or the credit cards attached to it that were at the time my parents or even have my old friends who are on my friends list vouch or whatever..idk it would be great to at least learn more and see what if anything can be done about this ^_^ thanks for
