i have tried everything i can think of to get that account back ever since i found out it is not working

So I have tried with my dads Internet again. I am having no issues what's so ever.

The issue seems to be with my Internet. I have spoke to the company and they can't seem to find out what the issue is. They have never heard of this happening.

The only thing I can think. Is that it's an IP issue. As I have tried everything to solve this. Once I get my Internet up and running again I am am going to try an VPN to see if that solves the problem.

Now Ive tried everything from rebooting all my network gear, restarting the Xbox one several times, etc. Still no change. Its odd, I don't even get an error, it just doesn't show what so ever.

nope makes no difference what so ever still freezes but i have deleted everything on my console games profiles everything..!!! still freezes 99% of the time but if i can get a dvd or cd in the drive it will happly play it until i go back into the xbox homepage..??
