    Hello, Semih! Thanks for your reply. Let’s try some steps to isolate the issue. Try to delete all files in C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages \Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache, and then reboot your pc.

    This will only rescan all your downloaded files in just a few minutes then will let you launch the game.

    The gold subscription should have no impact on the single player game mode of this game. The only thing I could possibly imagine would be the missing connection to Uplay from ubisoft.

    My problem is solved. Thanks a lot. I also turned off hardware virtualization. Maybe that worked too.

    If I may ask, are you playing on Xbox or PC? If you’re on Xbox, kindly turn it off by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds and then plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.
    I'm playing on PC. I didn't have this problem when I first downloaded it. I'm using an Apu system and I increased my VRAM from the BIOS. after doing that this problem occurred.
