I Can Not Download Xbox 360 Games From XBOX.com

I can not download games, videos, add ons, gamer pics, themes and avatars from xbox.com (the xbox.com menue was changed to my games & it shows xbox one games & add ons but not xbox 360 content). Is anybody else having this error? microsoft, please fix this

Can't download any games with gold

Hi, I can't download any games with gold from xbox.com. I tried with the xbox one games and the xbox 360 games, but then it tells me "spiacenti, il tuo abbonamento non consente di effettuare questo tipo di acquisto da xbox.com. Completa la transazione sulla
tua xbox." (Sorry , your subscription is unable to make this kind of purchase from xbox.com . Complete the transaction on your xbox). From my xbox one I can download the xbox one free games, but if I try to download the games for xbox 360 it tells me to try
from xbox.com. So, what can I do?

P.s. I don't have a xbox 360

To Microsoft: The XBOX.com website is not allowing us to download our XBOX 360 content (Games, Videos, Add Ons, Gamer Pics, Themes & Avatars) to our XBOX 360! Please note "WE MUST HAVE THIS WORKING SOON" because we need the XBOX.com website to download our
XBOX 360 content in a easy to find approach! Do not direct us to go to the XBOX 360 console to download our content from the XBOX 360 download history (we all know it takes forever to scroll through 1,000's of Games, Videos, Add Ons, Gamer Pics, Themes & Avatars).
Either release a XBOX 360 update with a new organized way to download specific content (or fix the XBOX.com website soon). Playstation 4 Pro outsells XBOX ONE X two to one (do not make 5 star customers frustrated with no access to our XBOX 360 content cause
we can go over to Playstation 4 anytime (you need us so please us). Sincerely from a loyal customer,

Hi dzs MeCH! I am refering to the official Xbox website & to the "My Games" link (in the Xbox 360 portion of the link none of my Xbox 360

games or dlc are loading to download & add to my 360 download que). I had noticed other people had posted about this "error" on the forums but it had not been resolved what is causing it!

ChiefJoboo Hello! I clicked on the link you provided (this page does load ok). If i go to "My Games" I see my Xbox One games & dlc but when I click on my Xbox 360 games & dlc nothing loads). I do have alot of content on my account & I suspect this could
be causing the error (I tried my alternate account which has less content & it loaded ok). This result makes me think people with alot of content might be

the only people having loading error's (i read on Reddit that somebody had my same error & Major Nelson said he would look into it but I am not sure if anybody knows yet what is causing it). Thx much for your reply! Nice to know people are looking out for

M3tal Daz3: I did try 3 of the latest & most popular browsers that run on windows 8.1 (internet explorer, firefox & chrome). I get the exact same result with all 3 browsers & the "My Games" Xbox 360 downloads still will not display or download from the xbox
official website). As before just the Xbox One downloads display & download (so this seems to be a problem with Xbox 360 accounts).

 

I forgot to note that my internet speed is very fast & I have no problems with online gaming (such as lag or frequent disconections ect.)
