I can not download the game

Discus and support I can not download the game in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I purchased the GTAV digital version, each time I download the game it will stop at 95%, I re-played twice and reset my Xbox one s, the problem still...     I can not download the game


    I purchased the GTAV digital version, each time I download the game it will stop at 95%, I re-played twice and reset my Xbox one s, the problem still exists.

    Did you scratch the entire scratch area on the card? The Sunset Overdrive bundle has two download codes on the same card. One for the full game and one for the DLC.

    Hi there,

    does your physical location (country) match the country on your account?

    If not then the cause is that the game you are downloading isn't available your physical location and that's why it stops downloading. Some games are regionally locked so they can't be downloaded in a different region.

    You should be able to check your account region here:
    live.xbox.com/.../BillingAccountInformation

    I have exactly the same issue!

    Also Xbox bundle with sunset overdrive. The code worked fine it was successful but the game is not listed anywhere.

    So frustrating!
