I can not download my free copies of games with gold while still in gold membership

Hello, i'm trying to get my free copies of games with gold of the month, which are "Layers of fear" and "Evolve Ultimate edition" on Xbox one.

I have been trying to download thoses games from my Xbox one but it keep asking me to buy a new gold membership or to extend the one i already have which is due to finish the next month, the 15 of April 2017!

I tried 10 times but nothing!!

Then i get into my computer to try to download them from xbox live site but same thing still, keep asking me to buy another membership!!

My gold membership is still running but i can't get thoses games??

Or Microsoft needs me to buy another gold membership because mine will expire soon in order to get my free copies of games with gold?

Correction : Since i can't modify or delete my post.

I'm using my main account which has no gold but i use my second account ZenMonk616 which has the gold membership to download thoses games.

So my second account Zenmonk616 has the gold membership and that's where i tried to download my free copies of the games and it's there where the membership expire the next month the 15 of april 2017.

My main account , is on xbox gold sharing but i know you can't dowload games with gold from sharing gold accounts!

But the problem is still there, i have my gold membership on my second account, i tried to download from there but nothing!!

Sorry to hear it. Here's a few things you can try.

1. Power cycle the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug and let sit for 5 minutes.

2. Delete the account with Gold membership, power cycle and redownload.

3. If all else fails you should try a Factory Reset of the console.

I also wanted to mention that Layers of Fear was only available until the 15th and is no longer free under the GwG program.

And for Layers of Fear when i look at xbox GwG site it said Available : 01/03 - 31/03 and i was able to download it.
