i can not download games on windows 10

every time I try to download or update a game on my PC it gives me the error code 0x80070005 and every time I click on "find help for this" it tells me there are no issues. I'm getting tired of paying 15 a month for something I cant use. Any help would be great. Thank you

Are you trying to install on drive C: or on some other drive?

I think you can download any windows 10 game on Windows 10 Pro or any Windows 10 version as long as your system meets the recommendations to run the game. Thanks and have a great day!

Also if you have Windows 10 or know somebody with windows 10, you can download your game clips through the Xbox app

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, you will need to click the install to download any digital content for PC.

If you have a Windows 10 device, you can now use the Xbox app to connect to the Xbox Live service.

Windows 10

Incompatible architecture. "ARM64" as mentioned above is my architecture. The Windows 10 creation media is 64-bit x64. Not only that, I'm running Windows 11 not 10. Games work, Microsoft Store does not. Is there not a link that I can use to download ms-store apps directly from a web browser?
