Hello, I turned gold a little over 10 minutes, I tried to download Assassin's Creed, but I could not, it only appears for purchase.

How can I download it?

Won't let me redownload game

My Xbox is the assassins Creed bundle that came with assassins creed black flag and assassins Creed unity I deleted assassins Creed black and wanted to redownload it it but it dosent show up in my download history and the market place says I have to purchase
it again. Anyone know what's wrong?

Mine is Xbox 360 yet, I tried the recommendations but it did not work. The gold was confirmed at the time, with access to the saves of the cloud, but this download does not, and by the schedule, I probably can not lower it, today it changes to Dantes Inferno.

Having the same issue. Instead of giving me the free gold price I'm receiving a reduced price of 7.99 USD. Have tried resetting the console and my entire network. Gold has been active for two months, so that shouldn't be the issue. Microsoft support, any
ideas?

Well I finished downloading the Star Trek online game and again tried to download the Assassins Creed Chronicles games and it failed again. Changed my DNS settings to the google DNS settings and instantly the download started. Finished installing one of
the Assassins Creed games and changed the DNS settings back to normal and again the next Assassins Creed game failed to download, changed DNS settings back to the Google DNS and the game downloaded and installed, I then downloaded the last game without an
issue using the Google DNS settings.

Thank you so much for the suggestion it worked a treat, not sure why it was being blocked by my ISP DNS.
