I can not delete friends

I renewed my account yesterday in Live , I wanted to delete my friends who do not have more live ... I can not delete anyone, is giving a problem , I need help to delete it...

Can not add or delete friends.

I for some reason haven't been able to add or delete anyone for 3 or so days. I'm trying to add this guy I met but can't. It says it can't complete the request. It isn't family settings because I'm the only one who uses my Xbox and I'm the owner of it so
nobody else can change the settings to family. Anyone know what the problem is?

Yeah, but i want to delete it completely, i shared my gamertag with 3-4 friends and im not friends with them anymore and every single time i try to play, they sign in and i can never play anymore(they purposely add or delete some of my friends)........

There's a service alert up at the moment,part of which is to do with managing friends.

Hey Scooter72501, it's a little hidden but we've got your back!

If you click on the friend from the list on the right it will pull up their activity feed. Once you're on their activity, select 'More' from the top bar. From there the option, "Change friendship', will you give you the option to remove the friend.

They'd need to remove you themselves. They won't show up in your friends list, but you will show up in theirs if they have you added.

No one can add you as a friend without your acceptance, just refuse the request and it deletes automatically.

You can also delete and block them by accessing their profile page from the friend request they send.
