I create today account for contact support and i can not contact support, funny i do write this MS feature to newspaper.

Request a Call.

Note: The request a call function is only available if you are in a country that is LIVE Enabled. You will also only see the Request a Call button clickable if they are open and available for business.

Phone support will need to file an unauthorized use ticket on your behalf so the Xbox LIVE Enforcement Team can investigate. If it's determined that the points were taken when the account was not in your possession or it was not your own doing then they will
return the points back to you.

Hello Fellow gamer,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have a question on money being refunded. It can take up to 72 hours which is 3 days for money to be returned. If after that time the money isn't returned, you can request a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

You can get a call back in the support then contact us section request a call back and answer the questions they may ask you to confirm you own the account. This could be questions relating to your credit card digits if you have an added payment or security
questions and stuff like that so be prepared for questions similar to them!

Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support
