I can not connect to Xbox Live when I'm subscribed

Which country are you physically located in on our
Officially Supported Xbox Live Countries and Regions list and which country/region do you have your account set to?

To clarify, if you're not connecting from a region on this list, you may be in a country or region that's not officially supported. That could mean that some features may not work properly.

I'm subscribed for 12 months to xbox live but can not play online. When I

try to play online it says me to connect to xbox live as if I'm not a

subscriber. But if I leave to parameters of subscrbtion I see that my

subscribtion is still valid. My connection works well. I played

without problems until 3 days ago. I don't understand.

Currently I am not connected to Xbox Live because of the error in my OS update, but I am subscribed to Xbox Live. When I reset it, I should be connected to it. Will it transfer then?

That wasn't what I asked... i know that Portugal already has Xbox Live gold because I'm a subscriber. ..
