    I can not connect to xbox live in the pc app and not in the xbox one


    I have a couple of weeks that I can´t connect to xbox live, i tried to do it at xbox one and PC app but I can´t. My xbox has internet because download upgrades of games but i can´t connect to xbox live, i can´t see the eyelash of community, store and social
    in the xbox dashborad. I changed my router, cable and remains the same. What is happend?? I can not connect to xbox live in the pc app and not in the xbox one :(

    Connection tests fine, no xbox live service

    I have the same issue and I'm also on Comcast. My Xbox One and the Xbox App (PC & Phone) won't connect to Xbox Live. When I disable the WiFi on my phone, the Xbox App connects to Xbox Live without issue. It must be an issue with Comcast.

    You can stream games from the Xbox One to PC using the Xbox app on your PC. It can be a wired Ethernet connection or a wireless connection. Xbox app connects your PC with your Xbox One.

    One thing solved though, my apps can connect to Xbox Live now - the problem was with wrong date setting on my PC :)

    Hello NathanielAmaoade, unfortunatelly no. You need to setup your xbox on a screen or pc monitor before you can stream to the xbox app, as you need to be connected to your xbox live account on both, PC and Xbox.
