I can not connect any of my accounts to my console.

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

Try going into settings disc and blu ray and clearing persistent storage 3 times then restart the console, hope this helps

I cant connect my account either, but i can connect my brothers account on the same console
