Problemas com o download de sleeping dogs

A maioria de vocês sabem que o sleeping dogs está de graça na live, e eu, que como sou apaixonado por este jogo, não iria perder a oportunidade de baixá-lo.

Bem, indo direto ao assunto, eu já tentei fazer o download dele umas 20 vezes, e toda bendita vez, na hora que ele vai do 38% para o 39%, aparece um 0% , depois volta para o 38% e volta no 0%, depois aparece a mensagem "Não foi possível fazer o download
de Sleeping Dogs" e ele sempre,sempre trava no 38% para o 39% já olhei em quase todos os tópicos, e muta gente diz que pode ser a internet e diz para nao deixar a internet wi-fi e sim colocar o cabo, mas o problema( nesse caso não é um problema) eu consigo
jogar na live (gears of wars, gears of war 3, gears of war judgmente , need for speed , forza , cod mw1) tudo sem travar nem nada... todo o dia eu vejo meu ping e a conexão com a internet e ela sempre está boa.

Já estou ficando muito angustiado e triste

might be hard drive related. if you ahve an older xbox with removable drive then try blowing on it lol. when you think about it, something that is unable to complete it's download isn't your internet at fault or otherwise you'd be kicked off xbox live.

i see lots of people having DL issues with games but honestly the background download works for me everytime I have this issue.
