I already try to put a direction of buenos aires but my card I do not accept it.

I do not know how to do it.

Hey there RaisedPuma16070,

Since Uruguay is not a supported Xbox Live region, there wouldn't be a way to accept payments from a card set to that region. You would need to be in an Xbox Live supported region for that to be available to you.
