    Hey there STUF KillBoy.

    To purchase Backward Compatible games with your account balance you'll need to do so from an Xbox 360. I'm afraid there isn't an option for this on Xbox.com or an Xbox One.

    Hi there,

    some games are unfortunately not available in all regions, this is usually the choice of the developers/creators/publishers of the game.

    If a game isn't available in a region then I'm agraid you can't really do anything other then accept the situation.

    It's best to make sure that you use the correct region in the bottom left corner of the marketplace website (and on the account) to see all content that is available in Russia.

    Trying to purchase/use content from other regions isn't supported and can result in all kinds of issues etc.

    But you could try to buy Beautiful Katamari on DVD

    You are not region locked your address is not the same as your purchasing information?
