I can not buy a game on xbox 360 with my microsoft account

    I can not buy a game on xbox 360 with my microsoft account


    Hi when i go to the xbox 360 shop and try to buy call of duty black ops 2 season pass it doesnt work.

    I am trying to buy it via my microsoft account. But when i click to buy there are only two options.

    The first one is to change my payment and the second one is to decline it.

    What can i do?

    Hello,

    I have a Xbox one. I used to own a Xbox 360. I have some money in my Microsoft Account balance. I wanted to buy some backwards compatible Xbox 360 game with my Microsoft Account money. But, when I try to buy it from both xbox.com website and XBOX one store,
    I only see my credit card as payment option. If I click "Change Payment Option", it shows my other credit card linked to Microsoft account; but no option to select Microsoft Account.

    If I try to purchase XBOX one content, I see my Microsoft Account available as a payment option. Can anyone help me with how I can use my Microsoft Account money to buy XBOX 360 game?

    Yes! I can not buy a game on xbox 360 with my microsoft account :D The game will be on the "Ready to Install" tab on your Xbox One as soon as you buy it! I can not buy a game on xbox 360 with my microsoft account :)

    Why can't I play online Multiplayer?
    Just make sure you have this Free DLC installed: Call of Duty®: Black Ops II: Nuketown 2025

    Are you trying to purchase it on an Xbox One or the Xbox website? In order to use your Microsoft account balance to purchase 360 content, the purchase has to be made on a 360 console.

    It depends on what you're trying to buy.

    Currently, you can't buy Xbox 360 backwards compatible games with Microsoft Account money on the Xbox One or on the website. But you can buy with Microsoft Account Credit on a real Xbox 360.

    Some subscriptions like EA Access can't be paid with Account balance as well.

    So in order to help you better, it would be necessary to know what exactly you want to buy with your Account balance.

    KOTOR for Xbox One. I have more than enough in my account, but I keep getting the message that I am unable to make this purchase on xbox.com and I need to complete the transaction on the xbox - even when I'm on the xbox.
    It is asking you to make the purchase on a Xbox 360. You cannot buy Xbox 360 or Original Xbox games on Xbox One or the website using your Microsoft account balance you need to use card or PayPal. To buy 360/og Xbox games using Account Balance you need to
