    Using XBOX Live/Gold from other accounts on console

    We have 4 accounts on our XBOX One and we entered the code for a 12 month subscription of XBOX Live/Gold on one of the accounts. That account is designated as "My Home Xbox" so we should all be able to access XBOX Live/Gold from our own accounts. But that's
    not working. We can only access it from the account where we entered the code. How can I fix this so we can all have access to it?

    xbox log on locked but account sign in works on pc

    We have two xbox one accounts. One logs onto the xbox fine and can use the profile/gamertag etc the other has been locked on the xbox one and we can't access the profile/gamertag. I can log onto both accounts on the pc but only one on the xbox. How can I
    get access on the xbox again to this second account without loosing gamer info?

    I would think you would be able to access it, provided that your Xbox One is also marked as your son's Home Xbox. For clarification, each account can only have one Home Xbox, but a single Xbox can be the Home Xbox of more than one account.
