    Yeah, unless something has changed recently, you get to keep your Xbox 360 gold games.

    But the Xbox One gold games you need to have an active subscription.

    this has happened to me as well, side says I have gold until 2018, because I bought 2 years, but the console says I don't have live and I cant play anything.

    Accessing Netflix through Xbox LIVE requires an Xbox LIVE gold subscription.

    This is billed separately from your Netflix subscription.

    You can log in to billing.microsoft.com to view specific details about the transaction, but I suspect the fee from MS is for your Gold subscription.
