Good, how are you? it won't let me log in
I get the following message

I play from my pc, normal
I created the server to play with friends.

Hello ramonarca!

Through the Account.Microsoft.com site, try selecting the Forgot Password option.

From here, attempt to recover the password by verifying the information to the account.

If unable to do so, select the I don't have any of these option.

This will begin the account recovery process.

You may also try scheduling a callback through the Support.Xbox.com site.

Before anything else, let me ask you the following questions below so that I fully understand the problem.

1. When does the issue started?

2. What is the status of the NAT Type ?

Just to see if there are errors on xbox network.

For Windows 10:
- PC Settings > Gaming > Xbox Network and check the NAT Type.
- Look for NAT Type and error message/code.
- Please reply with any error message/code you notice.
For Windows 11: Install Xbox Console Companion app from Microsoft Store (click here)
- Launch Xbox Console Companion app.
- Go to Settings and select Network tab.
- Look for NAT Type and error message/code.
- Please reply with any error message/code you notice.
