I can not access my account

Discus and support I can not access my account in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I can not access my xbox account, it tells me that the password is badly written (obviously it was changed by someone who is not me), I accessed it...     I can not access my xbox account, it tells me that the password is badly written (obviously it was changed by someone who is not me), I accessed it through the browser and it tells me that the email that I wrote does not exist, in this What can I do to
    recover it?

    HI there ErraticKnave,

    If you think that your account has been compromised please contact Xbox Customer support on the phone and ask them to start an Unathorized Access claim. They will be able to research that and hopefully get your account back to you.

    Hi, I am using the same email and password as my account: nz zane But when I log in it says I am: Which I am not Either Someone has hacked my account and deleted all my friends, changed my name and used all of my Xbox money or something
    has stuffed up in the system PLEASE HELP!

    Through the Account.Microsoft.com site, try selecting the Forgot Password option.

    From here, attempt to recover the password by verifying the information to the account.

    If unable to do so, select the I don't have any of these option.

    This will begin the account recovery process.

    You may also try scheduling a callback through the Support.Xbox.com site.

    Let us know if this works!

    Before anything else, let me ask you the following questions below so that I fully understand the problem.

    1. When does the issue started?

    2. What is the status of the NAT Type ?

    Just to see if there are errors on xbox network.

    • For Windows 10:
      • PC Settings > Gaming > Xbox Network and check the NAT Type.
      • Look for NAT Type and error message/code.
      • Please reply with any error message/code you notice.
    • For Windows 11: Install Xbox Console Companion app from Microsoft Store (click here)
      • Launch Xbox Console Companion app.
      • Go to Settings and select Network tab.
      • Look for NAT Type and error message/code.
      • Please reply with any error message/code you notice.
