I can no longer unlock Achievments

For the past couple of weeks I have noticed that I can no longer unlock any achievements on my Xbox one. I have tried everything possible to troubleshoot as well as those suggested by Xbox live support. I have tried removing and re-adding my account. I have
tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I have tried power recycling. I have tried setting my console to offline and bringing it back online. I have tried achieving the achievement through another console. I have also waited well over 72 hours after
trying these things. Nothing seems to work. Xbox live support mentioned that I may have an achievement suspension which blows my mind because after more than 8 years of Xbox live I have never had any malicious activity or anything of the such. I have never
had this problem in the past and I have never used any sort of 3rd party stuff. Xbox live advised that I post on here in hopes to speak with a moderator. Long story short I am at a complete lose and have no idea what I need to do to fix this! Someone please
help!

Can I delete achievement information??

As far as I know Once you unlock at least one achievment of any game , you can non longer remove the game or the achievments from the games List you played.

IYou Can only delete the History of games where you didn't unlock any achivements.

Achievments wont unlock, one one specific game

The game in question is mighty no 9 for the xbox one. According to the game i have played for 8 hours, but have 0% completion. I should easily have 20 achievments by now, but absolutley nothing unlocks in this game. I played other games to see if maybe
my profile wont unlock achievments, but i can unlock them in other games like overwatch. So why is mighty no 9 saying i have 0%? I have uninstalled the game twice, replayed stages multiple times. Nothing works. Anybody have this problem or can help?
