I can no longer play the campaign in Modern Warfare

Can you please validate if these packs are installed:

Modern Warfare - Campaign Pack 1

Modern Warfare - Campaign Pack 2

Modern Warfare - Multiplayer Pack

Modern Warfare - Special Ops Pack 1

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have issue with an update. When you go into the game, go to campaign. If not all installed will say install campaign. Click on campaign it will show all to install. At the top will say data pack make
sure this one is installed.

The problem is that I can't even find the campaign section of the game. After completely uninstalling and reloading the entire game twice, I click on the game icon, it loads the Warzone front page, and then the Activision start sequence. It then goes
to "Call of Duty: Warzone: Modern Warfare". I press A to start, and then sign into my account. I do not have an XBOX Live account currently. It will then say "Connection Failed", and I will opt to go offline.It then goes to a three part screen that displays
locks on all three secions. The first is labeled Campaign-Multiplayer-Co-Op, the second Exciting multiplayer gameplay on a massive scale, and the third Call of Duty Store.

Again, I can find no downloads for the campaign. This has been going on for three weeks. I know your company would prefer that I purchase all the extras, but after running a busy radio station all day, I just feel like having some shoot-'em-up fun. That
is no longer the case.

the DLCs the game is asking you are:

Modern Warfare® - Campaign Pack 1 And

Modern Warfare® - Campaign Pack 2

which are included in both Standard Edition And Battle Pass Edition.
