I can no longer like, comment and share posts on the activity feed

For a few weeks now I'm not able to like, comment, and share posts on the activity feed. I can create new posts and delete them, but I can't like, comment, and share them nor any other posts on the activity feed. Either the action doesn't occur or I get
an error message saying that "I can't perform the action right now" so "try again later". If I sign in to another account on the same console I'm able to like, comment, and share on the activity feed, but this is my primary account and the one I use the most.

Around the same time I noticed that the same activity alerts I viewed or cleared, would reappear in my notifications as new alerts. I get the "new" alerts from my Xbox One, Xbox Smartglass, Windows 10 Xbox app, and Xbox.com, so it's not a hardware problem
rather an account problem.

I've tried hard resetting and power cycling my console, removing my account and adding it again, then even factory resetting my console, but still no luck. I've checked my privacy settings and the only settings that are blocked by default are exercise info,
live TV and on-demand video history, and voice data collection.

I've posted my problem in the Xbox Early Access forums. I've reported the problem via Xbox Preview Dashboard app on Xbox One. I've contacted XboxSupport on Twitter. The problem still exists! After chatting with a few other Xbox members who had the same
issue, they mentioned that the problem randomly fixed itself whether it was hours or months after reporting it. I'm hoping it won't take as long! Lots of good games are releasing and it sucks not being able to socialize with groups of friends on the activity
feed!

Can't Like/Comment/share on activity feed

Hello I've had this issue since I bought the xbox one roughly 9 months ago. On the activity feed it will not let me like, comment, or share any videos. If I try to comment all it says is " We can't post your comment right now. Try again in a while." If I
try to share it says " Sorry, we can't share this right now. Try again in a while" There are no error codes with these messages. Is 9 months long enough or should I just keep waiting a while?

Seriously, if you can point me in the right direction on how to fix this issue It would be greatly appreciate. I've done dozens of hard resets and nothing has fixed this problem.

Edit: I just tried to comment/like/share on the activity feed on xbox.com and it does the same thing, it says "we can't send this right now, try again later"

What will it take to get a response from Xbox Support about this? Is this such a minor issue that it isn't worth time and attention? Where do I go for help on the issue from this point? Anyone else with a similar experience?

It sounds like you've already reported this issue to the Xbox One Update Preview forums. While in the preview that's going to be your best point of contact. Be sure you're also providing feedback through the preview app for issues like this

 

Last night it wasn't working. I signed in to my console just now and I got the old activity alerts again but when I checked to see if I could Like an achievement activity it actually worked! And I can comment again! I've been reporting the issue every day
from the Xbox Preview Dashboard app so I'm glad they're listening. I didn't receive a console update so they must've fixed it on their end. I'm able to Like and Comment from Smartglass again as well. Glad it's working again!

I have exactly the same problem, but mine is not yet solved. I've reported the problem also via Xbox Preview Dashboard app.

well its neary the new year and i still cannot share clips or post comments either to be honest i've only had this problem for a week
