I can log into my browser for my microsoft account but not this new computer I got

By chance when you log into your Yahoo and Microsoft accounts are you using the same browser on a Windows machine?

I have this problem when I try to log into my hotmail account on my Windows computer because it's not my primary Window's login. I have to use Chrome/Firefox to log into my secondary accounts.

I can not log on to xbox with new computer. i am able to log on to xbox via browser but it will not log on when i open solitaire.

This is Jwright84 posting under my girlfriends gamertag as suggested by customer service. My account is not set to under 13. This problem just started a couple days ago, before that I could log on and view the forums. I know its not my computer and its not
our network because even on my computer my girlfriend can log in and view the forums but if she logs out and I log in I immediately get a server runtime error. I have cleared my cache, history, and cookies. I have flushed my DNS resolver. I have released and
renewed my IP adress. Nothing seems to work. I've checked the settings on the account itself and nothing has changed, everything is good. We have four computers in our house, my girlfriend can access the forums on her account on any of those with any browser.
I cannot access the forums while logged in on my account on any of those computers with any browser. So, it seems the only logical conclusion is that this is an error on Microsoft's end, something specific to my gamertag. The problem is, if you can only investigate
my gamertag if I leave a post, well....I can't leave a post.

I got it to work later, after i logged off from my account and then logged back on. And later i saw that i can actually use my Xbox one to get the 360 games. Thought it would not go, because on a microsoft answer page was that i had to use a browser for
that, but they was working on it.

If you log into xbox through microsoft you can access the account setting (in a browser on your computer or phone) and change the email address associated with the account.
