I can join multiplayer queues, but can't play with friends. Server Connectivity Blocked?

I already have done all of that, and it doesn't mention anything about Teredo. I've seen what that looks like, but I don't have that error. My NAT is open, and it only says "Server connectivity: Blocked. This may impact your ability to play multiplayer games."
I ended up being able to invite a friend finally today. Somehow it magically started working. But my server connectivity still says blocked. Not sure why.
