Run the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter

Select the Start button, and then select Settings>Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters, and then from the list select Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter.



Fix the permissions of the Packages folder:

• Open File Explorer and navigate to this location: C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local
  
• Now in the Local folder, locate the Packages folder.
  
• Right click on Packages and select Properties.
  
• Click the Security Tab, then click Advanced button and ensure that all the users
  

Check DNS Settings:

• Click on Search, type CMD, Run Command Prompt as Administrator.
  
• In the Command Prompt window, type ipconfig /flushdns
  
• Press Enter.
  

I would also suggest you to change the DNS and check if webpages load.

• Press Windows logo key + R, to open Run dialog box.
  
• Type ncpa.cpl and click on OK.
  
• Now, right click on the connection that you are using and click on Properties.
  
• Double click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4).
  
• Click on Use the following DNS server addresses, and enter 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
  

Remove Proxy server.

• Press Windows + R key to open Run command
  
• Type inetcpl.cpl and click OK
  
• Now select Connection Tab.
  
• Click on LAN Settings and uncheck the box beside “Use a proxy server for your LAN”

Make sure Date, Time and Time Zone are correct.

Follow these steps to check that.

1. Windows key + W and type Date and Time.
   
2. Set Date And Time.
   
3. Change Date And Time Button to change date and time.
   
4. Change Time Zone button to change Time Zone.
   

Clear the store cache: as it might be a cause for the issue and check.

Follow these steps to do so.

a) On the desktop screen, press Windows key + R to open run box.

b) Type WSReset.exe and hit Enter.
