    I can hear people but people can't hear me?


    I can hear them but they can't hear me in game chat or party chat but they can hear my voice messages I was comm banned on the 31 of August it got lifted on the 14 of September tried everything that support told me to do did you guy properly lift my comm
    suspension ?

    Can't hear people

    I can't hear anyone but they can hear me my nat type is open privacy setting are good not muted sound on plus I can hear game sound but not people controller is fine headset is fine (I've tried two) I don't no what to do

    People can't hear me

    I bought the Afterglow ag9 prismatic headset. I can hear people perfectly and the game sound is working too but they can't hear me at all. I pushed the nut button multiple times and searched in the settings but it doesn't work. On the right top it says that
    I am muted but I don't know why .

    Please help

    not HERE in this forum. Please post in THAT forum with your question.

    Assuming it's a hardware issue please go here on this website.

    Support > Xbox one > System > Accessories > Headsets. Read everything here and follow troubleshooting related to your case.

    sometimes it may not mention is to try a microphone test on skype, your phone or computer. IS THE MIC WORKING. NO? the mic is broken. You need a new one.

    YES? then there may be something wrong with your NAT type or your friends NAT type.

    No one here is going to help you with enforcement related issues.

    Assuming it's hardware issues as it's most likely the case please follow the TS I have provided.

    If that is not helping you please tell me how it's not because about 99% of the time the troubleshooting provided here on the site resolves customers issues.

    Please post on the enforcement forums.

    No one here is going to tell you they work for support or enforcement because they are not allowed to in the first place and if they do, it's most not likely true and if they are then they're going to tell you the same things.

    Save yourself some time and stop asking and start doing.

    And by saying you tried everything? You did everything in the support page? You tried your headset on a phone or computer? What were the results?

    Did you try using another headset?

    Did you try another console?

    Some explanation would be appreciated.

    You already went to the enforcement forums and site to answer your first question or what?

    If you truly tried everything you said you have and that I have mentioned then replace you headset or console.

    If is still a suspension. I'll repeat myself again.

    Contact enforcement on the forum/link I have provided.

    If you continue asking about your enforcement related issues I will flag this post as spam.

    If you have legitimate explanation what what you actually did to resolve your issues and the results please post them here.

    If your not, stop wasting my time and let me go to sleep because I'am staying up with a burning passion to actually help you.

    I may be blunt or throw you into the deep end but no one else will do that for you. Only coddle you and waste more of your time.
