    Hello, I want to ask about “unable to connect to world” i just bought MC PE at Appstore vr. 1.1.7.2 and i play with my bf. But when i already play around 1-2 hour suddenly disconnecting, even though my network is totally fineI can handle this anymore :) and then when I want to join that world again with my bf it can’t and that word “unable to connect to world” is coming☺️ I already build a new server and we experienced sameI can handle this anymore :) why? I just want to have fun, and enjoy this gameI can handle this anymore :) idk why but it’s kinda sad because in my country MC PE it’s a little expensiveI can handle this anymore :) so please help me to fix this!

    In your case, I would highly recommend getting in touch with Mojang about the issue since it is likely resulted from servers, they will be able to help!

    There is no email address for support anymore. You can try chat support, but I believe phone support are the only ones capable of handling refunds.
