Alright, I'll be brief.

I want to contact support because I had a strange payment for gamepass, game pass I already have on my main account, this account if very old and I never use it. BUT, when I want to contact support sites tells me it's impossible, and the most funny about
it, it's that last month I had a problem with save system on gamepass and STILL couldn't contact support... Seriously, is that a joke ?

Please, someone from microsoft, contact me...

Did you contact the Support Team in France? I found a list of International Xbox Support phone numbers. I am not sure if the numbers still work, but it gives you an option to try that would be more in your region.

France is located below Greece on the list. I truly hope that you are able to get ahold of someone to resolve your issue.

Alright, it is a miracle, I could send a request ticket ! Only on the United Kingdom site.

Please Microsoft, do something about the French support...

You wont get anywhere by phoning. You need to request a callback by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us

Hey, thanks for the reply, that's exactly the page who told me to try again later. I forgot to mention I am french and the site forced me here, I don't know why. It may be only the french support that doesn't care about customers.

You are going to have to request a call back from support. If you choose subscriptions and billing, I think you will have a better chance of getting the option of getting a call back to work.
