I can fix why my account was banned.

My account NxG Reck was banned for modding the tenure. My friend was the one who modded the accounts tenure. I know the third party app he used, and I believe I can use the app again to change the tenure back to the right number. I'm really sorry this happened
and know it is my responsibility for my account but I believe that I can fix this. I accidentally deleted the account that was banned and now I can't re-download it. I need the account in order to reverse what happened on the app, so if there is any way for
me to get the account so I can fix the account, that would be great.

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

Once an account is banned then that's it,you won't get it back,no matter what.

You were banned for a reason. You are responsible for your account so, Letting others use it is just silly.

It seems you will have to use Chrispy219 from now on, Or a different new account to start fresh.

Let me be very clear here, Everything associated with NxG Reck is no longer availible for use of any kind. Everything on that account is gone forever... You have NO way to resolve or reverse the Ban

Play by the rules like everyone else and this wont be an issue again.... Follow the above link for an official response or check your e-mail to find the same information.
