I can download The Evil Within but I don't own it?

I was looking in My Games and Apps at the list of games I own that are ready to install and The Evil Within was there.

I never bought Evil Within, or downloaded anything related to it. I'm the only one who uses the Xbox so no one else could have downloaded it. If I view The Evil Within in the games store it say I haven't bought it.

Yet The Evil Within is in my list of games I own and I can install it right now (34.6 GB).

So is this a random bug, or did get this for free somehow?

Also while on this subject of qualifying games.... Is the Evil within digital bundle also eligible as this contains the evil within game, alongside other evil within add ons. And ironically is £10 at the moment (50% discount), where as the evil within on
its own is £14.99, or do I have to buy that specific evil within game on its own, for the higher price???

I wish the terms and conditions were clearer.

 

Black Friday discounts not showing up in cart.

I was trying to buy the evil within, ended up getting ufc instead. don't know why, but shadows of mordor is showing up, but not the evil within.

 

Yeah, me too. Just been to see if there have been any new B/C titles added to my list and The Evil Within is right there and I am downloading it now. The store still shows a price for the full game, so I came to these forums to see if it was maybe a limited
trial or an error of some kind. I am in the preview programme if that could have something to do with it

 

I'm also in the preview program but I haven't heard anything about them giving the Evil Within for free.

its an error, if you download it it will ask you for a disk - its not playable! Sorry!

 

The same behaviour happened to me D:

 

This is known about it is a glitch which the devs are looking at. It is not a free gift so just delete it.

I believe there is a 45% discount on this game.
