Do you mean an existing account or create a new one?

If you mean existing account you cant save it on a USB and bring it to your xbox

You need to download it directly on the xbox

If you mean create a new account it's best to create it on the console then install it on the pc so that you get trial period for gold

I remember being able to download accounts onto a pendrive and install them on my 360 back in the day and im wondering if i can do that with my current xbox account that i have open on xbox.com or the xbox companion app or wherever i can go on my pc, dont know if its possible so wondering if it is. Otherwise ill need to try and join xbox live directly on my 360 which im having trouble doing due to that weird first name error.

It did not excatlcy work because I bought it on my PC and it wont let me refund me via xbox is there anyway for me to install it on my pc because when i try to install the heropass it says there is no device detected and it says i have my device
and i can doawload other games

Does it give you the option to email the code to yourself?

Also did you check the microsoft account on your pc is the same linked to your xbox live account

So I can download Xbox live on my switch or download the games on my Xbox live account throughly my switch

Go to settings and select Account.
Select Download History.
Browse your download history. If you want to download something again, select the item, and then select Download Again.

Prior to asking my initial question I accessed my XBox Live Gold account on my PC and "purchased" Lego Batman 2 from the Games with Gold page. When I accessed the games on my account on my XBox 360 (using the method you suggested) I found that the Lego Batman 2 games was listed, so I just installed it from there.
