i can download games with gold but i can't play them on xbox 360

i bought a 30 days suscripcion to xbox live gold few days ago, when i downloaded the game a message appears saying that is not available. I don't now what to do and it's seems this doesn't have solution. PD: i redownloaded the game 10 times!

It's seems that the hard drive is official, when i go to storage devices says Microsoft on the hard drive.

try do all the update to the console wen finish all update restart and Soft Reset xbox one

Which game are you trying to play?

If it's Star Wars, do you have an official 360 hard drive attached? In order for backwards compatibility to work on the 360, you have to have an official 360 hard drive due to the system files on the drive required to play the original Xbox games.
