I can dl & buy 18+ games 4 xbox1 games with gold, but cannot dl xbox360 gwg(borderlands, ...

Like stated above, I can dl free & buy 18+ games on xbox1 games with gold, but cannot dl xbox360 gwg(borderlands, dead space). I'm in Germany and Do have GOLD, as I've dl The Wolf Among Us, btw. changing the region didn't help(US, Austria, Russia, Australia).
Any help would be appriciated!

Hey I'm new to this, I want to dl this game but my question is: do I dl the borderlands 2 and the borderlands 2 season pass?

 

Xbox store wont use my MS account balance first.

I bought a £10 MS account card & DL Walking Dead 400 days & Season 2 Ep 1 & they DLd fine using the credit.

Then I wanted to buy the latest WWE 2K14 pack which was £6.79, from the previous walking dead DLC I bought I had £2 left on my balance.

I then went to buy the WWE 2K14 DLC & the screen said you have £2 credit, do you wish to apply it?, I clicked yes and an error screen came up & it wouldnt DL, so I tried it again, but using my credit card only & it DLd fine.

But, if I DL something costing £2 or less, it will DL fine, but wont apply to it will knock the £2 off the cost of the DLC?

Anyone had the same?

 

It's because the rules of xbox 360 is different from xbox one

And changing your region only causes problems like split billing or region locks

In order to download that stuff your account region and actual region must match for 360 games

And fyi deadspace is a donot download in germany game as it's a banned game you will have to look at xbox heavy website to figure out what is the replacement

In order to download m rated xbox 360 games you must do it via a 360 console or an adult account with a matching account region and you can only change it with the region migration tool found under account and change my region on this website you must match
the console region too

Xbox one only uses the Web marketplace and as parental settings don't apply the same on the one or the website the same you cant use it on a child account

 

And fyi you aren't gold you are silver here so I'm guessing you are using home gold o. The console

Home gold doesn't go beyond the xbox one that's why

Xbox one uses its own parental settings which are different from xbox 360 that's why you are able to buy m rated xbox one games

Not to mention the regional rules applies to 360 games so you can't change your region on the fly like xbox one

You have to change your account region on thjs website under account and change my region

For the best experience with xbox live your account region must reflect your actual region

Future changes without the tool will cause billing issues including split billing

Hence why you should only use your actual region
