    Hi guys,

    I had downloaded for change game picture on xbox live "XBOX APP (BETA)" on my PC.

    I change my picture with a sexy pic in bikini so my profile was banned for 2 days.

    ok but 2 days ago i played on halo 5 multy and is good, next my profile be Ban provisional

    and i dont know.

    If i use my profile on PC i can join in a party and speak and change all biografy ...... on my xbox one i cant change, cant play and cant chat on party.

    I see on Xbox Enforcement but i dont found any data for sBAN......

    personalising my account

    i cannot personalize my account on xbox one e.g, i cant change my gamerpic or the background colours of my xbox one dashboard. i cant view gameclips either. i have already tried doing new accounts/factory defaults, and these didnt help, please help, as i
    would like to choose a colourful background and be able to see my gamerpic, and others and also gameclips!!

    I cant remember my hotmail account. like anything. and i got a new xbox and iI cant connect to xbox live without a windows account and password and iI cant figure it out and want that gamer tag. is their a way you can send it to one of my other emails address

    Update on xbox one has stopped xbox going online!

    I am having the same problem, I am usually connected by WiFi with my Xbox one and now it can't connect to Xbox Live even though it can see my network and I have changed none of my network settings.

    This is kinda like what is happening to me right now except i just cant connect to xbox live i did everything they said to do in xbox support with the turn off ur modem and console and test connection but none of it helped so its clearly an issuse with xbox
    live not my internet cause when i do the connection test it connects to my network and internet but not xbox live and the more info thing just says to unplug modem for 30 secs then try again

    the same thing has been happening to me. when i test the connection it says every thing is fine, however when i try to sign in it just says that it cannot connect to xbox live. i cleared my system cache and deleted my gamer profile and now i cant re-download
    because my xbox wont connect to xbox live.

    one thing i am confused about is that when you change the Microsoft account that the profile is connected with will your gamer tag from the other profile be moved to the new profile, and secondly i cant change the Microsoft account associated with the profile
    it keeps telling me that it cant change it.
